Birth and postpartum are not separate events, they are one continuous transition.

Flo to Grow offers calm, informed, embodied support through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. My work centres trust in your body, clarity in decision-making, and steady presence during moments that matter.

This is not about control or rigid plans. It’s about being well supported as you move through a profound life transition.

Qualifications:

Serving families virtually worldwide and in-person in Westchester County, NY and part of CT: including Westchester County, Fairfield County (CT), and parts of Putnam County. Towns I commonly serve include Bedford, New Canaan, Stamford, Greenwich, Mount Kisco, Ridgefield, Armonk, and White Plains.

My service radius for birth

I work in person within a defined radius of Pound Ridge, NY, which covers many of the hospitals in Westchester County and nearby parts of CT (including Mount Kisco, White Plains, Cortlandt Manor, Sleepy Hollow, and surrounding areas).

If your planned place of birth falls within roughly 20–30 miles of Pound Ridge, it is likely within my in-person service area. Final confirmation is always based on exact location and logistics, as outlined on my website.

For those outside this radius, virtual support options are available and offered globally, subject to mutually workable time zones and availability.

What I Offer

Full-Spectrum Birth & Postpartum Support - Comprehensive doula support through preparation, labour, birth, and the early postpartum, offered with depth, restraint, and continuity of care.

Birth and Postpartum Planning Resources - Thoughtful resources and guidance to help you prepare for birth and the fourth trimester with clarity, confidence, and realistic support.

How I Work

I work quietly and intentionally.

I don’t direct your birth or take over your experience. I support you to stay connected to yourself, your body, and your decisions, while helping protect the conditions that allow birth and postpartum to unfold with integrity.

I support home, birth centre, and hospital births, and I remain present and grounded even when plans shift or intervention becomes part of the journey.

Book a Connect Call

If you’re exploring birth and postpartum support and want to see whether this feels aligned, I’d love to hear from you.

“Jules has a beautiful energy that instantly puts you at ease. Our session felt like having a cup of tea with an old, very wise, knowledgeable friend. Going through so many changes and new experiences, Jules and her resources have been so comforting. My only regret is not engaging earlier, before our birth.

Working with Jules gave us so much confidence. We felt quite overwhelmed and bombarded with information, so having a trustworthy, reliable source like Flo to Grow to reference, and having everything in one place under one umbrella, has been incredibly supportive.”
