This work has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience, and by witnessing what becomes possible when women are truly supported.
My work centres calm, clarity, and trust in the body during pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. I support women who want to feel informed without being overwhelmed, held without being managed, and deeply respected in their decision-making.
I believe birth and postpartum are not problems to be solved, but transitions to be supported with steadiness, presence, and care that honours physiology, lived experience, and autonomy. My approach is quiet and intentional, offering guidance when needed, space when that’s what serves best, and continuity through moments that matter.
If something here resonates, you’re very welcome to reach out, even if you’re still figuring out what kind of support you want.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I work with women and families who value autonomy, thoughtful preparation, and calm, grounded support. Many are already informed and are looking for support that helps them feel steady and resourced, not managed or directed.
-
Yes. I support home, birth centre, and hospital births.
My approach remains the same across settings, supporting physiological processes where possible, protecting your autonomy, and helping you stay grounded and informed within the system you’re birthing in.
-
Support doesn’t disappear when plans change.
I support informed, conscious decision-making, whether that means continuing physiologically or navigating intervention with clarity and agency. My role is not to push a particular outcome, but to ensure you feel supported, respected, and steady in your choices.
-
No.
I work alongside your partner and care providers. I support your partner to feel confident and present, and help ensure communication remains clear and respectful, without taking over or speaking for you unless invited.
-
Yes, particularly for those who value preparation, reflection, and autonomy.
Many first-time parents find this approach helps them feel grounded rather than overwhelmed by information, and more confident navigating the unknowns of birth and early postpartum.
-
I work with a limited number of families at a time so I can offer deep, present, and responsive support — particularly during the on-call period around birth.
This means availability is limited.
-
Full-spectrum support recognises that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are not separate events, they are one continuous transition.
This offering supports preparation, birth, and the early postpartum period as a whole, rather than fragmenting care into isolated stages.
-
Yes.
Some families choose to add additional postpartum support once they’re home and have a clearer sense of what they need. This can always be discussed later — there’s no pressure to decide everything upfront.
-
Yes. Payment plans are available and can be discussed during our connection call.
-
Begin by sending an enquiry through the contact form.
If it feels aligned, I’ll invite you to a connection call so we can explore your needs, answer any questions, and see whether this support feels like the right fit.
-
No — and that’s intentional.
This support is best suited to those who value autonomy, embodiment, and calm, informed care. If that resonates with you, we’re likely a good match.
“The space and connection that Jules fosters in these circles resonate an immense warmth that is felt by all who attended. The village she creates by connecting fellow mothers, birth and postpartum professionals, and beautifully likeminded people is truely special, and just what my postpartum self was looking for. She so generously shares her connections and village, so others are able to reap the rewards. These gatherings are an essential component to wellbeing in motherhood.”
