Mother & Baby Circle - 4 week commitment
A gentle gathering for mothers and their babies to slow down, connect, and be supported in the early months of parenthood.
This circle offers a warm, nurturing space where shared stories, connection, and presence become the foundation of community. Each week we’ll explore themes of adjustment, identity, self-care, and baby development — creating space for honest conversation and deep rest in the company of other mothers walking a similar path.
Drawing on her experience in feeding, infant sleep, baby massage, and Circle of Security parenting, Jules brings thoughtful topics and gentle guidance to each session, weaving together evidence-based support with heart-led conversation.
What to Expect
Bonding + Connection
Enjoy calm, mindful time with your baby in an inviting, baby-led environment where you can relax and connect, without pressure or expectation.
Shared Stories
Find comfort in open, real conversations about the joys and challenges of early motherhood. Laughter, tears, and everything in between are welcome here.
Guidance + Gentle Learning
Each circle is guided by Jules and may include simple discussions or practices that support both you and your baby — from nurturing routines and postpartum wellbeing to understanding baby cues and your own emotional landscape.
Baby-Led Space
Our space is designed for you and your baby — to feed, play, nap, and move freely. Babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling are warmly welcome.
Book Library
You’re invited to borrow from our small library of books focused on birth, postpartum, and early parenthood, a gentle way to continue learning and feeling supported between circles.
The Details
When: Thursdays, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: TBC, Westchester County

We believe in the quiet power of community. This circle is about building connection — with your baby, yourself, and others who truly understand this season of life.
Limited places available to keep the classes intimate. Days that fall on federal holidays will be shifted to accommodate.
