Postpartum is a season like no other—raw, transformative, and deeply personal. Having the right support can make all the difference. My approach as a postpartum doula is built around nourishment, rest, and guidance to help you ease into this new chapter feeling supported and seen.
This offering includes:
A 2-hour postpartum planning session during pregnancy to set your intentions for postpartum
Check-ins throughout your third trimester
Weekly in-home visits for the first six weeks postpartum, with additional check-ins for up to 12 weeks
Ongoing support between visits, because questions don’t just come up on schedule
I take on just one client per month to ensure the care I provide is deeply personal and intentional. If you’re considering working together, check availability below before booking.
Nourishment & Care
Postpartum recovery is deeply connected to how we nourish and care for ourselves. In the first six weeks, I provide warm, nourishing meals, along with access to two exclusive pre-recorded video sessions:
Gentle bodywork for postpartum recovery
Breathwork for grounding and restoration
Tailored Support
Every family is different, and I meet you where you’re at. My postpartum care may include:
Encouraging deep rest and recovery
Breastfeeding support and gentle sleep strategies
Birth debriefing & emotional support
Practical household help, cooking, & meal train setup
Massage, belly binding, & self-care planning
Support in navigating relationships, communication, and boundary-setting
Trusted referrals to additional care providers
Investment
