The fourth trimester and beyond is a crucial time for both mothers and babies and having the right support and resources can make a significant difference in encouraging a positive postpartum.
To ensure ample time for planning and preparation, it's recommended to schedule this session before 30 weeks in gestation. However, if you're further along, don't worry, I'm still happy to work with you.
During our 2-hour sessions, we will discuss strategies and plans to help you get the rest you need, set yourself up for successful breastfeeding, safeguard your relationship, and shift your mindset to get the most out of parenthood. We will also discuss setting boundaries, harnessing the right kind of support, preparing for transitions into parenthood, and normalising becoming a mother beyond the fourth trimester.
Partner/support persons are always encouraged to join the session to ensure everyone is on the same page.
