Postpartum Planning Session — Virtual or In Person (within 30 miles of Pound Ridge, NY)

The fourth trimester, and the months that follow, are profoundly important for both parents and babies. The right support, information, and preparation can shape a more grounded, nourishing, and positive postpartum experience.

I offer these sessions virtually, or in person for families within a 30-mile radius of Pound Ridge, NY.

It’s ideal to schedule your session before 30 weeks gestation so we have time to plan, prepare, and tailor support to your needs. But if you’re further along, please don’t worry — you’re absolutely still welcome. I’m very happy to work with you whenever you find me.

What We Cover in Your 2-Hour Session

Together, we’ll explore practical, realistic strategies to support your early postpartum weeks, including:

  • Creating space for deep rest and recovery

  • Setting yourself up for breastfeeding success (with evidence-based resources)

  • Protecting your relationship and communication during major change

  • Boundaries, support networks, and what to delegate

  • Navigating identity shifts, expectations, and the emotional landscape of early parenthood

  • Normalising the realities of becoming a mother well beyond the fourth trimester

This session is designed to feel spacious, grounding, and genuinely helpful, not overwhelming.

Partners or support people are always encouraged to join so everyone feels aligned, informed, and confident heading into this new chapter.

Your Resources

Your booking includes:

The Postpartum Planning eGuide
Over 200 pages of evidence-based tools, templates, and guides to help you feel prepared and supported.

Access to the Know to Grow Member’s Portal
Featuring:

  • gentle postpartum movement videos

  • stress-management and grounding practices

  • monthly recipe updates

  • one-page resources for meal trains, safe co-sleeping, PURPLE crying, and more

  • recommended reading lists

These resources are yours to revisit anytime, as often as you need.

My Commitment

My goal is to support you and your family through this vulnerable, powerful, and transformative season, and to help you step into early parenthood with clarity, confidence, and ease. You deserve a postpartum experience where you feel held, supported, and understood, and I’m here to help you create that.

Flo to Grow — Birth, Postpartum & Early Parenthood Support

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of Gadigal (Sydney, Australia) on whose land the Flo to Grow and GROW Masterclasses have been developed. We recognise and honour the deep-rooted history of the First Peoples, who have nurtured and cared for their children through breastfeeding, close sleeping practices, and the safeguarding of their well-being within the community and country for over 60,000 years of enduring culture. Flo to Grow and GROW values and appreciates the profound wisdom passed down by First Peoples, which continues to inspire our commitment to promoting the health and flourishing of future generations. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, acknowledging their invaluable contributions and ongoing stewardship of the land and culture.
