The Birth Map Intensive - Preparation for birth, wherever you are in the world.
Most people go into birth underprepared. Not because they didn't try, but because the information they actually needed was never in one place, and nobody asked them the questions that mattered.
This is two sessions and one map. It is not a birth plan. It is the work underneath one.
How it works
Two 90-minute sessions, by video.
Together we cover:
The beliefs, expectations, and fears you've named, and the ones you haven't
Staying grounded inside the intensity of labour
Decision-making without panic or pressure, using the Birth Map
Protecting your birth space — emotionally, practically, and relationally
Partner preparation focused on presence, not problem-solving
The Birth Map. Not a form to hand over. A way of knowing what you value and how you make decisions under pressure, translated into conversations you keep having with your care team.
Text support until your baby arrives. A line open for reassurance, reflection, and the questions that come up at 11pm.
Full access to the Flo to Grow app, included, for the whole pregnancy.
Who it's for
You want to meet birth on your own terms, with clarity and trust in your body — and you want someone who holds physiological birth and informed intervention both, without ideology.
You may already have a midwife, an OB, a doula. This sits alongside them, never around them.
You may be anywhere in the world. That is the point.
What it isn't
I am not on call. I am not at your birth. This is preparation, and preparation is most of it.
If you want someone in the room, that's full-spectrum support — in person, and a different conversation.
Investment
$650
Most people begin between 20 and 30 weeks, though earlier is welcome.
If you later book full-spectrum support with me, this is credited to you in full.
